What do we do different?
Every inspector claims 5 star service. Every inspector passes stringent state tests & proves experience. Any inspector can buy state of the art equipment. It's unlikey that an inexperienced person be granted a license in the state of Oregon.
What sets us apart? Critical thinking mindset! We think critically about each inspection. We ask questions and engage with our customers and their agents to identify the true need. Most inspectors feel that in order to provide value, they must fill pages and pages of deficiencies. Things like peeling paint or worn receptacles might be a good thing to know about, but diving into a report with too much information can be daunting to a buyer, and can be offensive to a seller. We don't cut corners where it matters, but we understand there's a delicate balance between many different levels of buyers and sellers.

A fair Price
Most inspectors 'upsell' after the fact. They will recommend extra services like sewer scopes, radon testing, lead tests, etc. We do not upsell. If we think a property needs a sewer scope - we do it. A FLAT RATE means you pay one affordable price and nothing more. We offer $300 "Red Tape" inspections. A 'Red Tape' inspection is for knowledgeable buyers who want a professional opinion of a home's safety.
